I am a skier. I live in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. In 2004 I moved here for a change of pace from my home town, and also to ski every day in a new set of mountains; but was born and spent most of my life in Anchorage, AK. My first season in Utah I worked in the kitchen of a ski lodge at Alta as a night line cook making not-that-tasty food for rich people, but decided that I would much prefer to have the winters off to ski full-time. Thanks to the most excellent group of sponsors that I have accrued since then I have been able to spend the past couple of winters being a global transient; filming with TGR and for The Levitation Project’s team film, as well as shooting still photos which have made it into magazines all over the world. If you swing that way you are all welcome to contact me on myspace or facebook, but this webpage is my personal journal intended to track my travels keep an up to date(ish) story of what my tiny little corner of the ski world is up to. I make no promises about frequency, but I’m happy that you are checking up on me.
