I am a skier. I live in Salt Lake City, UT, USA. In 2004 I moved here for a change of pace from my home town, and also to ski every day in a new set of mountains; but was born and spent most of my life in Anchorage, AK. My first season in Utah I worked in the kitchen of a ski lodge at Alta as a night line cook making not-that-tasty food for rich people, but decided that I would much prefer to have the winters off to ski full-time. Thanks to the most excellent group of sponsors that I have accrued since then I have been able to spend the past couple of winters being a global transient; filming with TGR and for The Levitation Project’s team film, as well as shooting still photos which have made it into magazines all over the world.
