Spiral Jetty and the ProBar!

About a couple of weeks ago I finally got a hold of the people that I was trying to talk to at ProBar, which is a local Utah company that makes the best food bars out there. They are all whole food, high raw content and 100% vegan! Most of all though, they actually taste like food, good food even, instead of some sort of blend of random bits of forest… So I am stoked to now call them my newest sponsor!
And then!!!! Last night I went out to the Spiral Jetty, which is a piece of earthwork art by Robert Smithson constructed back in 1970 on the north side of the Salt Lake, about 2 hours drive from the city, which juts out into the lake. At the moment the water level in the lake is a little bit low, so it was not fully surrounded by water, but nonetheless it was still very cool to go out there and see it. Oh, and I brought my tallbike and rode it around on the flat salt lakebed next to the Jetty… It’s tough to describe what it looks like, so here are some photos that I took.
